Getting in some more battery related items. We will not be stocking batteries (they weigh too much and we don't like to stock items that cost our customers more to ship then they are worth), but things such as battery trays, battery hold downs, J-hooks for the battery hold downs, wing nuts, battery braces for the battery tray, etc, etc. Will be getting these listed in my store over the next week or so.

Taking a trip up to Vernon, British Columbia this weekend for a two day car show, it's about a 6-8 hour drive from Bellevue, Washington where Tallzag Auctions is based. Going to hit a few junkyards on the way up, will see if I find anything good. Will take some pictures and post them for the two people reading my blog (hopefully more will be reading this soon :P ). Never been to this show before and it is always fun to go to a show in an area where you are not from because you get to see cars you have never seen before. Been told they get about 150-200 cars at this show which is pretty impressive. Driving my 72 Polara up with my brother and a couple of other people from the Seattle Mopars Unlimited. Now if I can only get the engine to stop pinging on my car...and fix the vibration...and have it not get 9 MPG...and fix my seats...and replace the dash...

Got a 1967 440 from a Chrysler this weekend, e-mail me if you are interested. Think the car actually had 30,000 original miles! Unfortunately it was a parts car and had about four inches of water in it (word of advice, don't drain the water out on the ground and then try to change the tire, nasty...), but the motor turns over and looks to be in great shape. It also had a 2.76 Sure-Grip which is available as well. Picked up a two door with the deal too that is in real good shape. Managed to get it running, but it will need some work to get on the road. Be a shame to see it parted out, but the buyer can decide. Looking to get $1,400 for it.
Another area Tallzag Auctions in involved with is listing cars for people on eBay. We cannot list them on our account because of dealer rules, but we make the auction listing, take all the pictures, take a video, and list it all on the sellers account. Take a look at this nice wagon we just sold:
